The picture on the left is a close-up of our site. The big bus on the left is where Tom and Freddie live. Freddie is a cute little Cocker Spaniel that we talk to a lot. In this park, even though our cat does not go out, we have to be in the pet section. As far as I know, this is the only site with a tree this big. Its a palo verde, the state tree, which means that it has lots of thorns. The bad news? This tree has ten trillion little itty bitty leaves that do not want to stay on it. They all fell on the truck and into the bed. It took a power wash and 65 MPH to get rid of all of them. And let me tell you, when the air vent shoots little stiff leaves at you, it gets exciting!
It also has a lot of branches right where our awning would be if we put it out. We could have pruned the tree if we wanted the awning out, but on this site, we really didnt need it. The picture on the right is a shot of our site from around the corner. (We are the Jayco one up from the corner-not the Hornet.) You can see that we have some beautiful scenery out the back window. That is the Superstition Mountain in the distance.
On to more pictures.
