At the beginning of the show, Samara and the two “prey guys” say hello to each other, and then the men start bringing out the balloons. There is a building next to the Splash area called the Stuffed Animal Hospital. Tigers are very rough on those animals. When we were there before, they were still using stuffed animals. Now all they have left is a few bits of fake fur filled with balloons. I guess balloons are cheaper than stuffed animals.
