San Xavier del Bac Mission

This picture is taken from the parking lot immediately in front of the church. To the right of the church is a small museum and the gift shop. On the left of the picture, behind the arch is a small building filled with lit votive candles. Further left (you can’t see it here) is the school. The two gigantic entry doors are two inch thick wooden doors about 9 feet tall. From just about the same spot as the first picture, if you turn right, you see a path up a small rise to where there is a replica of the grotto in Lourdes, France.
